Berbice : The police are seeking the assistance of the public in identifying a man of East Indian ethnicity who was found in an unconscious state on the Public Road at Hopetown, West Coast Berbice, on December 24, 2015.
He was taken to the Fort Wellington Hospital where he subsequently succumbed.
