Georgetown : Police Constable Kirk Profitt was walking along Bent Street, Georgetown, yesterday morning when he was attacked by two men, one of whom was armed with a handgun.
The perpetrators took away his wallet along with $10,000.00 dollars and his cell phone. They then observed his Police Badge in the wallet and shot him to his abdomen and escaped on bicycles.
Profitt has been admitted to the Georgetown Public Hospital for medical treatment.
