Linden Highway : Ranks of the Police Narcotics Branch conducted drug eradication operations at Swan and Yarrowkabra, Soesdyke/Linden Highway yesterday.
A total of four fields, about 4 acres in size, were found under cultivation with approximately 22,000 cannabis sativa (marijuana) plants, about one to four feet in height, along with nurseries with about 60,000 seedlings and 2 kilograms of dried marijuana. They were destroyed.
No one has been arrested.
