Georgetown : The main opposition the People’s National Congress Reform today says members of the disciplined services who are regimented have not been registered and the Heads of Services have not made adequate arrangements to facilitate this process.
Because of the structure of these services, Party activists have been unable to ascertain the accuracy of these reports. It is the responsibility of the disciplined services, in particular, the Army and Police, to ensure that all their enlisted personnel are registered, and in its interaction with the Guyana Elections Commission to ensure that those arrangements allow for the fullest exercise of their franchise in upcoming elections.
