Over 200 students suspended from school

Bridgetown.

The Graydon Sealy Secondary School has suspended 281 students for breaching the school's dress code.

Angry parents desecented on the school yesterday, demanding that principal Matthew Farley withdraw the letters issued for the alleged uniform infringements.

The letters informed parents their children's uniforms were too short in the case of females or pants were too baggy, with respect to boys.

On Monday, Farley and senior teachers carried out a all school inspection on the 942 students body which let to the issuing of the controversial letters.

The suspensions took effect from yesterday and were intended to last five days, however parents who met with Farley, told the press he reduced the days to four.
