Teenager in court for stabbing schoolmate

Bridgetown Barbados: A 16 year old student of the Coleridge and Parry Secondary School is expected to appear in court today on a wounding charge, after he allegedly stabbed another student yesterday.
According to a police official the injured boy was stabbed several times but was discharged from the Queen Hospital after treatment, the incident took place on the school compound.
Coleridge and Parry Secondary School is located in the northern parish of St Peter, is the alma mater of several distinguish Barbadians among the former students of the school are former prime minister Sir Lloyd Sandiford, Leader of the Opposition Owen Arthur and Sir Hilary Beckles Principal of the Cave Hill Campus of the University of the West Indies
