No application was ever made by Canadian hotelier Paul Doyle for the development of Skeete's Bay or Foul Bay in St Philip, says Chief Town Planner Mark Cummins.
According to Cummins an application has been made for the development of White Haven which is adjacent to Skeete's Bay, at the beginning of the year.
Cummins comments came after some residents in the area expressed concerns about proposed developments by Doyle
at Skeete's Bay which is owned by the Crown.
