Georgetown: As Venezuela prepares to bury its former leader Hugo Chavez, it is touted to be the largest funeral in Latin America.
President Donald Ramotar will be attending the funeral in addition to over a dozen international leaders.
For Friday’s (March 8th) National Day of Mourning, flags on all state institutions would be flown at half-mast, Head of the Presidential Secretariat Dr Roger Luncheon announced Thursday afternoon.
President Ramotar left Guyana Thursday the funeral.
