Cathy Ann Broomes walk through the streets of Bridgetown yesterday evening oblivious to the stares of the people around her.
Broomes, 38, of Pegwell, Christ Church, was taken to the Psychiatric Hospital by police officers.This is not the first time that Broomes who has a history of mental illness has walked the streets naked.
