MP use expletive in Parliament

Bridgetown.

Barbados Labour Party parliamentarian Dr William Duguid used an expletive during the afternoon session in the House of Assembly yesterday.

The offensive remark about the body part of the mother of Minister of Health Donville Inniss was broadcast live on radio, drew the ire of Barbadians on the call-in programmes this morning who deemed his behaviour inappropriate.

Duguid's outburst drew a sharp response from Chairman of Committees, James Paul, who ordered that the remarks be struck from the records of the Parliament.
