Georgetown:Minister of Agriculture, Dr Leslie Ramsammy is now a patient at a local city hospital after collapsing at his office today. Dr Ramsammy has been a patient of GPHC’s Caribbean Heart Institution, where his pre-existing heart condition is routinely monitored.
