Essequibo : Police ranks in ‘F’ Division whilst on patrol at Aruba Backdam about yesterday stopped and searched two male occupants of an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) and found an unlicensed 12 gauge single barrel shotgun and two live matching cartridges.
The suspects ; a 44 year old Brazilian national of Campbellville, G/T and a 25 year old resident of Kangarooma Village, Middle Mazaruni are being processed for court.
Thus far from this year ranks of “F’ Division have retrieved eight (8) unlicensed firearms and all those arrested were charged.
