Linden : The police are conducting investigations into the circumstances surrounding the death of Rene Jacobs, 29 years of One Mile, Wismar, that occurred at about 11AM today at One Mile, Wismar.
Reports are Rene Jacobs was working in a sand pit, about 40 to 50 feet deep, when the pit caved in upon him.
Jacobs was taken out by other workers and rushed to the Mc Kenzie Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
