Georgetown : Guyana’s first five-star hotel, the Marriott has begun the process of recruitment for senior level management positions, providing new and emerging job opportunities for Guyanese citizens.
Currently the hotel is advertising for the positions of Director of Operations, Director of Human Resources (HR), Executive Chef, Director of Finance, Director of Engineering, and Director of Sales and Marketing.
This facility upon its completion, which is expected to be within the next two months, will provide employment for approximately 500 Guyanese.
The complex will house a seven-story main structure, an administration building containing offices, and banquet hall on the eastern side; while on the western side a separate entertainment complex containing a specialty restaurant, nightclub and casino will be housed.
