Georgetown : At about 12:25a.m today, the driver of HB 4024 accidentally collided with motor car PPP 7994 that was parked in Main Street, Georgetown.
A licensed firearm holder who was in the vicinity confronted the driver and discharged several rounds in his direction. He missed the driver and struck Nigel Issacs, 49 years, of Guyhoc Gardens, Georgetown, to his head.
Nigel Issacs has been admitted to the Georgetown Public Hospital.
The licensed firearm holder has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
