Georgetown : At about 2:35 a.m today, Noel Luther, 20 years, of Durban Street, Georgetown, was confronted by two men at Quamina and Carmichael Streets, Georgetown, during which one of them shot him to the chest and they escaped.
Noel Luther died at the Georgetown Public Hospital.
The investigations are in progress.
