Georgetown : George Moore, 53 years, of Waterloo Street, Georgetown, was driving a motor car along the access road at ‘C’ Field, Sophia, when he lost control of the vehicle and drove overboard into a canal.
He was subsequently taken to the Georgetown Public Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Investigations are in progress.
