Port-of-Spain: Leading radio news group, Citadel Limited has confirmed that it has entered into an acquisition agreement with One Caribbean Media Group, the parent company of CCN.
The agreement will facilitate the acquisition of the assets of Citadel by OCM and will also guarantee continuity of the quality of the radio network of Citadel's three stations I95.5FM, RED 96.7FM and Hitz 107.1FM.
Workers have been assured that their jobs will be protected.
