A police sergeant was granted bail when he appeared in the District A Magistrate Court of a serious bodily harm charge yesterday evening.
Anthony Cadogan, 51 of Brittion Hill, St Michael denied that he caused serious bodily harm to Angela Jordan at a party on May 17, this year. There was no objection to bail and Cadogan was released with a surety of $5000.
He returns to court on September 9.
