Georgetown: Residents of the Zeelugt, North Housing Scheme are hereby informed that the Government of Guyana, through the Ministry of Housing and Water, Central Housing and Planning Authority will be executing major road upgrading works within this community as described above.
Brief scope of works and current status of this Project are as follows: –
Tenders were opened on January 7th, 2014 at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board
The works are awaiting awards
Upgrading of approximately 2km (1.2 miles) of existing roads to Asphaltic Concrete surfaces and rehabilitation works on other internal roads
