India’s evolution of science and technology over the last 7000 years will be showcased over the coming four weeks at Guyana’s Cliff Anderson Sports Hall.
Head of State Donald Ramotar, yesterday officially declared the event opened under the theme India: A Culture of Science/’
Patrons visiting the exhibition in the coming days can expect an elaborate showcase of the intricate scientific creations by master craftsmen with over 25 exhibits on display.
“We have to invest in science and technology and encourage more students to take studies in natural sciences, technology and mathematics,” President Ramotar remarked.
