India takes a slender first innings lead on a rainy day at Kensington Oval

Ishant Sharma took 7 wickets for 56 runs as India dismissed the West Indies for 190 runs on the third day of the second Test at Kensington Oval.Play was  schedule to begin t at 9.30 but heavy overnight rain delayed the start for an hour.

   West Indies were 98 for 5 overnight  Shivnarine Chanderpaul and Marlon Samuels on 20 and 21 respectively. Chanderpaul was out shortly before lunch for 38 runs. Samuels was 78 not out when Fidel Edwards the last batsman was dismissed.

India had reach 20 without lost in their second innings when bad light stopped play.
