WCD: At about 8:45 am today, the body of housewife Candy Rawlins, 30 years, of Crane Housing Scheme, WCD, was found in her home with stab wounds to her neck.
The suspect, who is her husband, has not yet been arrested.
The victim’s eleven-year-old daughter had been tied to a chair with her mouth taped, but managed to free herself and inform neighbours.
Investigations are in progress.
