Georgetown: A “one stop shop” hosted by the Ministry of Housing at Uitvlugt, West Coast Demerara, made 443 house lots available to applicants at the event Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Housing Minister, Irfaan Ali, as demand increases for house lots there will be more lands being made available.
He further said another highway will be constructed along the Coastland and Government will be spending GUY$600 million to construct the proposed highway on the West Bank of Demerara linking neighboring villages north of the Demerara Harbour Bridge.
