Georgetown: Visitors to the Guyana Festival are in for another first – time – ever experience! Air Services Ltd. will have their fleet of helicopters on site every day from 12noon to 6 o’clock in the afternoon, offering 15 minute rides that give passengers a bird’s eye view of Georgetown and its environs. The fare is $9,000 per person with discounts for families and school children. A helipad to the left of the main entrance has already been set up and check – in facilities identified.
