Georgetown : Head of the Presidential Secretariat Dr. Roger Luncheon announced a new Diplomat for Guyana, His Excellency Julien Van Kien.
Dr Luncheon told the media at his weekly post-Cabinet media briefing at the Office of the President that during Cabinet’s statutory meeting on Tuesday, March 24, Cabinet approved the appointment of Mr Van Kien as the non-resident ambassador of the Republic of Vietnam to the Republic of Guyana.
H.E. Van Kien would be resident in Brazil.
