Government gives the green light for more than $716M in contracts –$506M for health sector

Georgetown : Head of the Presidential Secretariat, Dr. Roger Luncheon disclosed that Cabinet at its November 12 statutory meeting, offered its ‘no objection’ to four contracts, two of which include medical supplies and drugs for the Health sector.   

Supply and delivery of laboratory reagents and supplies cost $124.8M and the procurement of drugs and medical supplies for the Ministry of Health valued $381.4M

Meanwhile in the Public Works Sector, rehabilitation and maintenance of roads in Region One total $33.4M and at Linden/Lethem Road (3 lots) total $176.5M.
