Georgetown : At about5:45am today, food vendor Vincent Ramkissoon, 48 years, of Canal No. 1, West Bank Demerara, was attacked by a man armed with a firearm in an apparent robbery attempt at Ketley Street, Charlestown.
Vincent Ramkissoon was shot to his left foot by the perpetrator who escaped after residents came out and accosted him.
Vincent Ramkissoon is admitted to Hospital, as the investigations continue
