Five minors from a city Primary School reportedly suffered ‘food poisoning’

Georgetown : The management of the Georgetown Hospital this evening reported that  around 4:00pm five students of a city Primary School were brought to the Accident and Emergency Unit of the Georgetown Public
Hospital Corporation after having reportedly suffered food poisoning.
One of the five minors is age 10yrs and the remaining four are age11yrs.

They have all been triaged; four are stable and are currently
receiving treatment at the A&E Unit while one child has been treated and
sent home.
