Excavator on truck damages St Ignatius Bridge

Rupununi: An excavator being transported on a truck caused the collapse of a section of the brige at the St Ignatius Bridge today. Heavy duty machinery that traverse the road heading to the south Rupununi cannot use the bridge as concerns by residents grow. Trakker News  understands that this bridge is the main structure that links Lethem to the South Rupununi.
