Hundreds of Barbadians particpated in this year's Emancipation walk which began at Kensington Oval and ended at Independence Square.
They walked to the sounds of a tuk band and the chants of calypsonian Damian"Bobo Bowen, members of the Landship also displayed their skills to the beats of the drums.
The walk was organized by the Commission of Pan African Affairs.
