Georgetown : An unemployed man, who was a passenger in a public-transportation vehicle, was arrested after an unlicensed pistol with 14 live rounds was found tucked in his pants waist.
Police acting on intelligence, stopped the vehicle on the Ruimveldt Public Road about 5 a.m. yesterday and conducted a search on the suspect and found the .32 Taurus Pistol and ammunition.
The suspect who is 20 years old and hails from Mango Lane, East Ruimveldt is being processed for court.
