Georgetown : Orin John and Glen Xavier are now resting in the Georgetown hospital after surgeries were done for gunshot wounds.
Xavier of Harlem, West Coast Demerara and Orin John of St Cuthbert’s Mission were at the Cornbread Bar at D’Urban Street, Georgetown last evening, when they were held up by two men armed with handguns.
The gunmen took away an undisclosed sum of cash from the victims during which there was a scuffle and Orin John was shot to his abdomen, while Glen Xavier was shot to his chest and left hand.
The armed men escaped on a CG motor cycle.
