East Coast Demerara : At about 11am yesterday, 26 year old Navita Ishram of Non Pareil, East Coast Demerara was standing on the main road at Non Pareil when she was struck down by a motor vehicle. She was pronounced dead on arrival at the Georgetown Public Hospital.
The driver of the motor vehicle is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
