Georgetown : The police identified the man found dead, tied to a utility pole as Nigel Lowe of Joe Singh Street, Sophia. Lowe’s nude body was found tied to the pole at “B” Field, Sophia, at about 6am today.
The body bore marks of violence that appear to be chop wounds.
