Sandridge Insurance are the new owners of CLICO International General Insurance, the sale was competed over the weekend.
The deal was signed by the chairman of Sandridge Limited Bernie Weatherhead and president of CLICO Holdings Terrance Thornhill ,
CLICO branches in Barbados, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda,Dominica, St Lucia, Grenada and St Kitts and Nevis will operate under the name Sun General Insurance.
