Essequibo : Investigations are being conducted into a fatal accident that occurred about Monday April 25, 2016, at Bushy Park Public Road, Parika, East Bank Essequibo, and which resulted in the death of Shawn Spelling, 20 years, of Stewartville, West Coast Demerara.
Shawn Spelling was an occupant of a motor vehicle that suffered a puncture tyre and the driver lost control of the vehicle which turned turtle.
Shawn Spelling received injuries and was taken to the Leonora Cottage Hospital, where he later succumbed.
The driver and three other occupants of the vehicle also received injuries and have been hospitalised.
