Essequibo : About 4:30pm yesterday, motor cyclist Khemraj Singh, 20 years, of Hampton Court, Essequibo Coast, was driving his motor cycle along the Ex-Mouth Public Road, Essequibo Coast, when the driver of an oncoming motor car allegedly lost control of the vehicle and collided with the motor cyclist.
Khemraj Singh was pronounced dead on arrival at the Suddie Hospital.
The driver of the motor car fled the scene, but was subsequently arrested. She is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
