CAL flights sold out for Jubilee Weekend

CALGeorgetown: Caribbean Airlines (CAL) is advising that a total of 230 domestic flights will be in operation to accommodate some 15,812 passengers between July 31 and August 4, utilising both the airline’s ATR72-600 and B737 Jet aircraft.

According to a release, this represents an 8.4 per cent increase in the number of flights that were available during the same period in 2013.

“Caribbean Airlines advises that all flights to and from Tobago for the Great Fete Weekend is completely sold out.

“The airline advises that only passengers holding valid, confirmed tickets for travel to and from Tobago between July 31 and August 4 will be accommodated, as all flights are fully booked; passengers are reminded to check-in at least two hours prior to departure.

“Please note that “standby” passengers will be accommodated only if a confirmed passenger cancels their seat on the day of departure. Caribbean Airlines remains committed to transporting all our domestic passengers safely over the Great Fete weekend,” the release said.
