Mahaica : At about 9:20 today businessman Ramsankar Singh was in his grocery store when a man entered and held him at gun point and took away $10,000.00.
An employee, Yogita Ramdial of De Hoop, Mahaica, was also robbed of her cell phone, after which the perpetrator escaped in a waiting motor vehicle.
A man who is suspected to have been a “lookout” during the robbery has been arrested and is in police custody as the investigations continue.
