Georgetown : A bulletin has been issued for Agmohan Neshan wanted for escaping from lawful custody at the New Amsterdam Prison on Monday December 28, 2015. He was a remanded prisoner and was charged for the Murder of Devindra Deodath which occurred on October 07, 2013.
