Georgetown: A hotel owner located at Forshaw Street, Queenstown found a Brazilian national hanging in his hotel room Thursday.
The dead man has been identified as Vango Pereino Alves who worked in the Region seven as a miner.
The owner was making a routine checks in the hotel when he called out to Alves whose door was partly open, but there was no response. The man peered into the room and saw Alves hanging from the window.
Police said that they have essentially ruled out foul play as there were no marks of violence on the man’s body. However a post mortem examination is expected.
