Georgetown: Trini’s Variety store located in Bourda Market was burglarized Monday morning, as police try to ascertain the strategy used by the torch wielding bandits.
After an early morning robbery at Trini’s Variety store located in Bourda Market, stall holder are calling for an increase in security at the Market.
Thieves entered Trini’s grocery stall using a blowtorch to cut a hole in the shutters, where they made their way through and carted off a million dollars in stocks.
Stall owners are collectively agreeing that the relevant authorities should implement more security measures for the Christmas seasons since many stall holders have stocked their businesses for the holiday.
