A body was discovered on the Welches Beach in Welches, Christ Church this morning.
Curtis Agard told the media he went to the beach this morning to fish and saw the body on the shore.
"I was on the rock and about to throw out my line to do fishing when I see this thing looking like skin come up against the rock. I then called 211," he said.
Lawmen on the scene confirmed the body is that of a man but said they had no further information as yet.
