Bodies of female pensioners found bound, gagged in house

Spectators at the scene of the crime
Georgetown: Police are investigating the Murder of two women whose bodies were found bound and gagged Tuesday morning at South and Albert Streets, Georgetown.

Dead are Constance Fraser, 87 and Phyllis Caesar, 75. The pensioner’s home is located next to Ram’s pharmacy.  Reports indicate that Ms Caesar was the caretaker of a church located just over the road from her house. She was responsible for disarming the security system and opening the building.

However, upon arrival at the church around 8:10hrs, a Church member noticed that the building was not opened and went to call on Phyllis but there was no answer.

The man then checked the private school where she worked but was surprised when the students too were locked out. He returned to the Phyllis’ home and noticed that the door to the verandah was locked but a window was opened. The man then used a ladder and climbed into the verandah; when he pulled the curtains, he saw the bodies and observed that the place was ransacked. Residents are calling on the President to implement the death penalty since such heinous acts should not be condoned.
