Transport Board to investigate selective deployment report

Bridgetown.

The  management of the state own Transport Board is to investigate reports of selective deployment of buses among bus drivers.

Lynda Holder, marketing and communications manager of the board told Trakker News, a driver had complained that some supervisors are hold buses for particular drivers and some opperators  are refusing to drive certain buses resulting in passenger delays.

"I am totally  unaware as to what the driver who complained was referring, it is a situation that has been  brought to the attention of the management by a driver who is concerned and we will have it investigated ", Holder said.

She said this was the first time the issue of selective deploymenr was raised by an employee of the board.

"When we have identify these weaknesses in the organization, we seek to train persons to deal with them", Holder said.
