Black Friday smash up- drivers escaped unhurt

Georgetown : Today Friday the 13th and superstitiously known as Black Friday, just after 8:30am two vehicles collided at the corner of Robb and Albert Streets leaving a jeep smash up and a truck turned over.

The driver of the Truck GBB 721 Ezurick Mickle told TrakkerNews, he was proceeding east along Robb Street when the other vehicle PHH 6506 jumped the stop sign at the junction of Robb and Albert streets causing him to swerved and eventually turned over and left on the side.

The 52 year old truck driver escaped unhurt while the driver of the jeep sustained minor injuries.

The driver of the Jeep PHH 6506 declined to give a comment and asked not to be photographed.

Mickle said "this is indeed a bad way to start this Friday the 13th"
