Georgetown : Eon Fredricks, of Lot 6 Mc Doom, East Bank Demerara, was today remanded for robbery under arms.
The 21 year old appeared before Magistrate Faith Mc Gusty.
The indictable charge reads at Promenade Gardens, Georgetown, while being armed with a knife he robbed Joshua Singh of one BlackBerry cell phone valued $40,000.
Police Prosecutor objected to bail.
The defendant will return to court tomorrow as the matter continues.
