Berbice : Ranks of the Guyana Police Force acting on information received went to a house at Cumberland, East Canje, Berbice and carried out a search, during which they found in excess of six kilograms of cannabis. The illegal substance was found wrapped in parcels.
A 39 year old female and her 18 year old daughter have been taken into custody, pending charges.
