Bartica : A First Avenue, Bartica, resident was yesterday afternoon arrested at his home with four hundred and ninety-one (491) grams of Cannabis.
Police acting on information that the twenty-seven year old suspect was selling narcotics at his place of abode, swooped down at the location about 14:30hrs and observed him (suspect) placing something in a toilet cistern, when he saw the police.
An examination of the cistern revealed the illegal substance, packaged in small-size zip lock bags. He was promptly taken into custody and will be charged for court.
